Investment in education is most effective way of reducing poverty from country

Education is not merely means reading, writing, and arithmetic. It is one of the most significant investments a nation can make for the bright future of its people. Education can play pivotal role in reducing poverty and discrimination from India. In order to turn India into a ‘super power’, we need to educate our future generations. It is for sure that our populace is loaded with talent, as most of the developed countries hire Indians. But a major part of this talent is suppressed due to lack of educational facilities or lack of financial resources! And this part of the population lives in rural areas of our country.

If some facilities and funds are provided to rural areas of our country, we can churn up latent talent from amongst its populace. India will progress at rapid speed. Shri Koneru Prasad realizes that key to develop our country is to educate the young generation. In order to attract more and more number of students, Shri Koneru Prasad offers financial, structural and moral help. The principal aim of Shri Koneru Prasad is to promote education in rural parts of the country. For this purpose Shri Koneru Prasad has developed various programs and schemes to benefit meritorious students. Following are some of the many noteworthy works done by Shri Koneru Prasad to promote education in rural areas:

  • Shri Koneru Prasad distributed free footwear to students in Aamudalapadu village. Lack of availability of school and colleges is the biggest problem faced by rural folks. So, to obtain education, students have to walk long miles. Some poor students cannot even afford proper footwear. Shri Koneru Prasad has taken note of the pain of students and in order to soothe them, distribution of free footwear among students has been done. This has provided both physical and mental support to students
  • Shri Koneru Prasad disseminated Free School bags, water bottles, books to students at Vamaravalli, Mogadalopadu, and Poilavaripet village. On many occasions kids refrain from going school since they do not have books, boots, bags and water bottles. Poor parents do not have enough money to afford these things for their kids. Many students shun school and remain uneducated due to the lack of books and proper gear. By providing all these things at free of cost, Shri Koneru Prasad has made an endeavor to remove the dilemma of parents as well as of kids.
  • Another remarkable work done by Shri Koneru Prasad, to support higher education in villages is to offer free Tablet PC’s to about 3000 deserving students from lower and middle income families. With the help of these, students living in rural areas, can now connect to the internet and get advantage of world class education.
  • Shri Koneru Prasad even has a special Scholarship program for meritorious students. This program provides financial support to talented students and with the help of scholarship, students can continue higher education.
  • Shri Koneru Prasad has provided funds to revive the government hostels at Srikurmam, Gara, Bandaru Vanipet, Mogaddapadu, Parlavaripet, and Vanaravalli villages. It is found that government hostels of these areas lack amenities which students need. So, Shri Koneru Prasad has replaced all old stuff and has revamped government hostels with modern ailments. Now, students can pay full concentration on their studies and contribute to the progress of the nation.
